A station for firefighters, rescuers, and ambulances will appear on the site of the former car market in the Green Corner area. This will allow emergency services to respond as quickly as possible not only to the new microdistrict but also to neighboring ones, according to the Vladivostok City Administration website.
The modular complex will include fire, rescue, and ambulance blocks plus a municipal parking lot.

Vladivostok Mayor Konstantin Shestakov noted that it will be a modular complex of three blocks: for firefighters, rescuers, and ambulances. A municipal parking lot is also planned. Funding for design will be allocated this year, while specialists are preparing procurement documents.
Additionally, the Museum-Reserve of the History of the Far East named after V.K. Arsenyev will begin work on a landscaped area in this district. Design documentation is already ready, and the first stage is planned to be implemented this year. The main plans include connecting the vacant lot on the hill, where the market was previously located, with residential quarters in the lowlands. The Sapper Redoubt is intended to become a historical, cultural, and natural recreation area within the large microdistricts.
In November 2023, after lengthy legal disputes, the regional government transferred the land plot to the Arsenyev Museum for indefinite use. Since then, the territory has become a cultural heritage site where any construction work and commercial activity are prohibited.
However, car dealers did not stop. They continued to leave cars on the roofs of caponiers and set up tire dumps. In December 2023, the authorities carried out a forced evacuation. A large-scale operation began to remove Japanese cars from «Zelyonka» (Green Corner). Most sellers scattered their cars around the city«s courtyards, while some moved them to the car market in Ussuriysk.
The construction of a new car market was discussed. Sellers reached an agreement with the lessor of a plot near the De-Friz — Noviy — Sedanka — Patrokl interchange in Nadezhdinsky District. But local residents from SNT «Serebryanka» (dacha cooperative) opposed it and created a petition. While it has not yet yielded results, the prosecutor«s office has launched an investigation.
We have told the full story of this location in a material, and we are collecting news related to the car relocation and new plans for this land in a special feature.
