Governor Chibis frustrated by littering, wants to 'punch them in the face'

Andrey Chibis was asked at a press conference about the littering of nature around the region«s municipalities and along roads.
«We»re not going to track the license plates of those throwing trash from a satellite. The first point is propaganda and education. Holding people accountable by legal means. But sometimes, to be honest, you just want to punch them in the face. It«s not aliens who scattered the trash, and it»s not even the Americans who messed it up. These are our own people. There is no single solution. We have to press from all sides. Maybe create a volunteer brigade to clean up the area,« said the governor.
We are publishing all the interesting and important details from the event in our live broadcast. A 51.RU journalist managed to ask a question about fish — read what the head of the region answered.
Andrey Chibis«s press conference lasted more than four hours. Journalists, bloggers, and administrators of public pages and channels gathered; we showed what treats they were greeted with at the event.
The first question asked of the governor was about gas prices. Then Andrey Chibis answered whether deadlines for major repairs would be accelerated. He was also asked what will happen with garbage in the region and if new production facilities will appear.
51.RU journalist Alexandra Balaba asked the governor if anything could be done about fish prices, citing Vladimir Putin«s opinion that Russians lack this product in their diet.
The press conference was very emotional at times; at one point, Andrey Chibis sincerely admitted who he wants to punch in the face.
Many topics were raised at the meeting with journalists: what will result from savings in the budget sector, why the snow in Murmansk is black again, what is happening with medicine, and how to speed up relocation from dilapidated housing.
