Muscovites complain that there has been no internet access for several hours in homes serviced by the operator. In one hour, the Downdetector website recorded 112 complaints. Most of them came from users in Moscow and the Moscow region.
«Lovit — outage today», one client of the provider said online.
«Wired internet outage», another confirmed the problem.
Some users managed to get responses from tech support. In their replies to clients, they say that a technical malfunction has occurred and employees are already working to resolve it.
«At the moment, it is difficult to determine the exact recovery time — it depends on the nature of the malfunction. We have the situation under control and will promptly update information as soon as it becomes available. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience», clients shared the reply.
Meanwhile, the editorial office of MSK1.RU requested an operative comment from the internet provider.
«There are no infrastructure outages for subscribers. There is a local accident that affected subscribers of several entrances of one building. The repair time is less than an hour», said the provider’s press service.
Recall that users often complain on connectivity problems that last for several days. Once, residents even launched a petition demanding that other companies be allowed into their homes. They complained that they are not allowed to choose other operators, since Lovit is the sole provider of the developer PIK. The situation then drew the attention of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), which launched an investigation.
