The wind is variable at night, weakening and turning northeasterly during the day. The air temperature was -10.5°C (13°F) in the morning, with a daytime forecast of -9 to -11°C (16 to 12°F). Icy conditions are possible on the roads, and atmospheric pressure is slowly rising.
