The Voronezh Road Management Department announced that drivers can now use free state emergency commissioners to file minor accidents under the European accident report form. Currently, 10 teams operate in two shifts: from 6:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. To call a patrol, dial 112 or +7(473)-253-03-48. Important: the vehicles have corresponding stickers with «distinguishing marks» — don«t fall for scammers.

The free commissioner crews began patrolling the city on Monday, February 2, and handled about 70 calls in just one day. According to Governor Alexander Gusev«s idea, which he suggested to city officials, this service should ease the workload of traffic police and help prevent traffic jams — minor accidents will be processed faster.

Recall that a European accident report can only be completed if several conditions are met:

— no more than two vehicles involved, both have valid compulsory motor third-party liability insurance;

— no injuries;

— no disagreements between drivers.

Meanwhile, due to abnormal frost and snowfall, the number of accidents has sharply increased in the Voronezh region. For more details, see the article on Voronezh1.ru.
