Former Geoisol Co-Owner Wanted by Police
Vyacheslav Smolenkov, former deputy director and co-owner of Geoisol, is wanted by law enforcement. The company's CEO, Elena Lashkova, was previously arrested in absentia.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD), Vyacheslav Smolenkov has been placed on the federal wanted list. In the past, he served as first deputy director and was a co-owner of Geoisol LLC, as well as a number of affiliated companies. Currently, Smolenkov remains the general director of the companies Geoisol Frakht and Spetsmashgeo.
Earlier, Geoisol LLC«s general director Elena Lashkova, who was also the company»s owner for a long time, had already been put on the wanted list. The court selected a preventive measure for her in the form of arrest in absentia. This is connected to the investigation of a criminal case regarding non-payment of wages to employees.
In November 2025, a separate criminal case was opened on fraud on an especially large scale. The investigation has been assigned to the Main Military Investigative Department and concerns the construction of a campus for the Investigative Committee in Peterhof.
