Firm behind Crimea and Altai parks to develop Tukhachevsky Embankment

In Omsk, they plan to improve the Tukhachevsky Embankment. The surveying project and further work will be handled by the Moscow company Garden City. This information appeared on the website of the Omsk administration.

“Set, at the proposal of LLC Garden City, the deadline for preparing documentation for territory planning — December 31, 2026.”
The document will define the locations of plot boundaries for constructing the embankment with improvement elements. The approximate area is 6.83 hectares, according to the order of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Omsk.
According to Kontur.Focus, the Moscow company Garden City was established in April 2000. The director and owner of 10% of the business is Igor Yefimkin, 90% belongs to LLC Rustekh. The company«s main activity is focused on landscape improvement. With revenue for 2024 of 3.6 billion rubles (approximately $40 million at current rates), the net profit was 35 million rubles (approximately $390,000 at current rates).
On the company«s official website, it says that specialists carry out the full cycle of work: from project to implementation, which includes construction, improvement, and landscaping.
Over almost 26 years of work, they have implemented more than 100 projects. For example, the international terminal at Gorno-Altaisk airport, the promenade of Lake Manzherok in Altai, and Vorontsov Park in Alupka (Crimea).
In November last year, at a meeting of the regional Architectural and Urban Planning Council, sketches of the renewal of the Tukhachevsky Embankment were shown.
