In the Ulyanovsk region, a violation of safety rules occurred during construction work. As a result, concrete slabs collapsed, causing the death of a person through negligence. The court found the defendant guilty of a crime under Part 2 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. As the main punishment, he was fined 300,000 rubles (approximately $3,200 at current rates), to be transferred to the state revenue.

After the verdict entered into force, a bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings. The debtor was served with the relevant decision explaining the consequences of non-payment. According to the law, a period of 60 days is provided for voluntary payment of the fine. The debtor paid the entire amount before the bailiffs applied enforcement measures. On this basis, the enforcement proceedings were closed.
