Expertise approves tourist complex on Pechersky Sands in Nizhny Novgorod

The new facility will be built on a peninsula in the area of the Rowing Canal. The project received a positive assessment from an expert organization on January 26.

The Moscow-based expert organization «PromMash Test Expertiza» has approved the construction of the «Pechersky Sands» tourist complex on the eponymous peninsula in the area of Nizhny Novgorod«s Rowing Canal. The positive conclusion was issued the day before, on January 26, according to documents on the website of the Unified State Register of Conclusions.

The project documentation for the tourist complex was prepared by five companies from the Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow regions, as well as from Tatarstan.

The developer is the Nizhny Novgorod company InvestStroyResurs. In the first phase of construction, it is planned to build 13 hotel buildings with 67 rooms on the territory of the Pechersky Sands peninsula. The first phase is intended to be built in 2027. The entire complex will consist of guest houses, sports grounds, and recreation areas.

It is worth noting that last year the project for the construction of the complex took part in a competition of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. The developer was allowed to obtain preferential lending.
