Former deputy Andrei Baleevsky, who married pensioner Zoya Belyaeva and registered in dilapidated housing with his children, has filed a lawsuit against the elderly woman. Prior to this, he decided to sue Alexander Sukhikh — the lawyer who represented Zoya Belyaeva«s interests.
The Isakogorsky District Court of Arkhangelsk received a lawsuit from Andrei Baleevsky against Zoya Belyaeva for the recovery of unjust enrichment. A civil case has been initiated.
As lawyer Alexander Sukhikh, who represents Zoya Belyaeva in court, told 29.RU, it is unclear what monetary enrichment is being referred to.
The marriage of the former deputy to Zoya Belyaeva was declared a sham, Baleevsky was evicted from the apartment, and his appeals and complaints were not satisfied.
Baleevsky also threatened a «court meeting» with the 29.RU editorial office, refusing to talk about participation in a show on Channel One.
