On January 24, a power outage occurred in several settlements in the Yaroslavl District. This was reported by the head of the district, Alexey Mikhailov.
He clarified: «The interruption in electricity supply to part of the settlements in the Karabikh territorial administration is related to a technological disruption on 10kV equipment.»
Four teams from the company «Yarenergo», consisting of 18 people and 6 units of equipment, immediately went to the accident site to eliminate the consequences.
Mikhailov added: «Some consumers have been switched to backup schemes, and the village of Shchedrino will be connected from a backup power source of 400 kW.» He estimated the approximate time for restoring electricity supply as noon on January 24.
At 12:15, «Yarenergo» reported that 95% of residents in the village of Shchedrino and adjacent settlements are already connected via backup power supply schemes.
The company clarified: «To connect the remaining 5% of consumers in Shchedrino, another backup power source with a capacity of 100 kVA has been dispatched. Also, at present, »Yarenergo« energy workers are restoring the main power supply scheme.»
After the completion of restoration work, the energy workers warned of possible short-term interruptions in electricity supply related to switching to the main scheme.
