Ensemble from Magnitogorsk performs on Field of Miracles and Songs from the Heart
The ensemble performed the folk song «A u nas na dvore ne rano» with a contemporary twist for Leonid Yakubovich.
The ensemble Razdolye from the town of Mezhgorye near Magnitogorsk participated in programs with Andrey Malakhov and Leonid Yakubovich. The musicians fed one of the hosts homemade dumplings and moved the other with a folk song in a modern arrangement. Lyudmila and her husband sang «Drunk Cherry» and shared their love story on Andrey Malakhov«s program.
The collective Razdolye is 15 years old. Fifty-year-old Lyudmila had long dreamed of performing with it in the capital show «Field of Miracles», but her applications were left unanswered by the show«s representatives for a long time. And before the New Year, editors unexpectedly contacted her and offered not only to sing but also to participate in the show as a player. Lyudmila filled out the necessary forms. The program»s representatives did not pay for the travel, so the head together with colleagues found money, took time off, and flew to Moscow.
Members of Razdolye expressed their admiration for the warm atmosphere during the TV recordings.
«The goal was to showcase the collective, to be honest. But I agreed. I thought I«d stand behind the drum and that»s it. And we sang the song «A u nas na dvore ne rano» in a modern arrangement. Yakubovich reacted very cheerfully», said Lyudmila.
How she played and whether she received a prize from Yakubovich, Lyudmila did not want to tell until the broadcast airs. The intrigue will be revealed on 30 January on Channel One.
During the filming in the «Field of Miracles» studio, Lyudmila received a call from the editor of the show «Songs from the Heart». Thus, the collective received an invitation to the second federal channel. The representatives of Andrey Malakhov«s program paid for Lyudmila and her musician husband»s flight to the capital and accommodation. The musicians from Mezhgorye arrived with gifts.
«I gathered frozen wild strawberries, there were many that year. We took a cooler bag with us, I gave it to Andrey Malakhov. He also tried kompot from stone bramble, poured it for everyone in the studio, added Lyudmila Melnikova. — Moreover, we cooked homemade dumplings. Malakhov ate! He«s just great! There was such a warm, kind atmosphere. Everything was kindly».
In Malakhov«s program, Lyudmila and her husband Alexander performed the song »Drunk Cherry«, told about their love story, and showed native Bashkir places near Magnitogorsk.
The broadcast of «Songs from the Heart» on channel «Russia 1» is scheduled for February, the exact date will be known later.
