Rescuers in Murmansk Oblast have reported planned explosive works in the area of the settlement of Belokamenka.
The activities are related to preparing the territory for the construction of a terminal for transshipment of stable gas condensate and oil products.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS), the explosions are scheduled for January 30 and will be conducted between 12:00 and 13:00.
Residents and visitors of the area are strongly urged to observe safety measures and not approach the work site closer than 600 meters. The danger zone will be marked in advance: the territory will be fenced and equipped with special warning signs and pickets.
