Dmitry Morev's deputy resigns from Arkhangelsk administration
Mikhail Ivanov, deputy head of Arkhangelsk for municipal services, has resigned from the city administration of his own accord, a spokesperson said.

Deputy head of Arkhangelsk for municipal services Mikhail Ivanov has left his post in the city administration.
«Mikhail Viktorovich Ivanov resigned of his own accord. Starting today, Nikolai Viktorovich Khudyakov is acting deputy head for housing and communal services,» the city administration said.
Recall that Mikhail Ivanov came to Arkhangelsk from St. Petersburg and was appointed to the position in January 2024. He replaced Vladislav Shevtsov, who was sentenced to prison for large-scale bribery.
Since 2005, Mikhail Ivanov has worked at state and commercial enterprises related to construction, landscaping, and housing and communal services. Before taking the position in the Arkhangelsk administration, he worked as a director at management companies in St. Petersburg. Over eight years, he changed seven management companies.
