Danilikha Development Continues with New Telecom Infrastructure

In Perm«s Danilikha microdistrict, a new chapter begins: the district is rapidly filling with high-rises, courtyards, and infrastructure. The population is expected to increase by several thousand people in the coming years. Along with this, the demand for digital services is also growing. To ensure the network can handle such dynamics, new telecom equipment has been installed in Danilikha.
The infrastructure was placed taking into account the future density of development and the changing urban landscape. Telecom engineers note that they assessed in advance where connectivity would be most needed and selected a technical solution with multiple frequency bands to ensure reliable internet both in apartments and in courtyards.
— The Danilikha microdistrict is forming a new comfortable living space, and the task is to provide it with digital infrastructure ahead of demand. The installed equipment is ready for growing load and increased demand for mobile internet. In addition, the number of smart home devices that require it is also growing, — noted Andrey Shmalev, director of MegaFon in Perm Krai.
The work in Danilikha is part of a network development program in the Kama region (Perm Krai). According to the operator, in 2025 alone, more than 180 communication facilities were launched and modernized, including in rural areas and suburbs.
