The owner of a delivery pickup point (PVD) in a closed courtyard in the Northwest of Chelyabinsk was shocked by neighbors« complaints. She contacted the editorial office of 74.RU and presented her point of view on the situation.

Yulia said that she purposefully bought an office in a building on Krasnopolsky Prospect because it was in the so-called «lilac zone,» suitable for a new Wildberries pickup point. As the owner of non-residential premises, the entrepreneur will legally receive a key to the courtyard gate, but does not expect a large flow of «outsiders.»

‘The neighboring points were overcrowded, so this zone appeared here, specifically for these three buildings. We have been renovating since the beginning of January. People passed by, asked what would be here, said, like, how great that we will have our own PVD here,’ Yulia said. ‘I lived with the thought that everyone would be happy; when I read the article, to be honest, I was stunned.’

She explained that regarding the unloading and loading of goods, she is currently negotiating with the management company: initially, vehicles will stop at the gates.

‘And later, they promised to give us access, like everyone else with cars,’ added the pickup point owner. ‘We are the same owners as everyone, we have every right to this. Loaders will drive in, unload, and drive back. I think it won«t bother anyone much; on the contrary, we are trying for the residents.’
