Court forces Alnashsky district to provide water to residents

The court has compelled the administration of Alnashsky district to bring water to land plots allocated for individual housing construction for large families. This was reported by the press service of the Udmurtia prosecutor«s office.
According to available information, municipal authorities allocated plots for individual construction to large families on Boris Merkushev Street, Solnechny Lane in the village of Alnashi, and on Komsomolskaya Street in the village of Varzi-Yatchi. However, it turned out that there was no water there. This violates the rights of the residents.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the Alnashsky district administration, demanding that the plots on the specified streets be provided with water supply networks. The court sided with the residents. The prosecutor«s demands were fully satisfied.
The execution of the court decision is under the control of the department.
It should be noted that earlier, the court satisfied the lawsuit of the Sarapulsky district prosecutor, who demanded that the municipal administration equip a road on Sirenevaya Street in the village of Ust-Sarapulka. Local residents could not reach their land plots by vehicles.
