The Nizhneingashsky District Court fined two residents of Krasnoyarsk Krai who spoke out against sending money collected at a school fair to the special military operation. The decisions were published on the court«s website (1, 2).

According to the texts of the decisions, on October 24, 2025, at a parent meeting in the school of the Tinskoy settlement, among other things, they discussed where to direct the money collected at the school fair. One of the options was to send it to the needs of participants in the special military operation.

One of the women said that participants in the special military operation «go there to earn money, which they then use to buy cars,» and that «parents of schoolchildren should help them.» She also noted that military personnel already receive benefits, including admission to state-funded university places. The other woman supported her.

The court ultimately considered that these statements discredit the Russian army. The women were issued fines of 15,000 rubles (approximately $150 at current rates) each. One of the women did not admit guilt, saying that she proposed leaving the money for the needs of the school. The other partially admitted guilt, noting that she did not want to discredit anyone.

In November 2025, NGS24.RU reported that Krasnoyarsk police officers were required to participate in raising funds for the needs of participants in the special military operation.
