In the working settlement of Ishnya in Rostovsky District, Yaroslavl Region, construction of 12 residential houses for employees of the «Krasny Mayak» plant will begin in 2026. As reported by the regional government, cottages for workers of the agricultural enterprise will be built under the state program «Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories».

«The total funding volume is about 80 million rubles (approximately $800,000), of which 48.4 million rubles (approximately $484,000) are federal funds,» said Governor Mikhail Yevrayev.

The state program «Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories» has been in effect in Yaroslavl Region since 2020. Its total funding volume in the region in 2026 is more than 700 million rubles (approximately $7,000,000). This sum includes 388.7 million rubles (approximately $3,887,000) from the federal budget and 315.2 million rubles (approximately $3,152,000) from the regional budget.

Under this program, for example, a multifunctional center is being built in the village of Novy Nekouz, a sports and recreation center in Lyubim, and other facilities.

In 2024, in Ishnya, with state support, two residential houses were already built. The cost of the work amounted to 12.3 million rubles (approximately $123,000), of which 8.7 million rubles (approximately $87,000) are federal funds under the program «Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories». The remaining 3 million rubles (approximately $30,000) were invested by the enterprise itself.

In addition, «Krasny Mayak» is building a new dairy farming complex worth 3.9 billion rubles (approximately $39,000,000) for four thousand head of cattle.

Also, a rapeseed oil refining and deodorization workshop is currently being commissioned, on which 95 million rubles (approximately $950,000) were spent.
