Today, January 22, classes have been canceled for first to fourth graders in both morning and afternoon shifts in Magnitogorsk, according to the city administration. The temperature dropped to 25 degrees below zero Celsius (13 degrees below zero Fahrenheit) in the morning.
«Due to weather conditions, classes for grades 1-4 in municipal educational institutions during the first and second shifts are being conducted using distance learning technologies,» the city hall«s statement said.
