City Hall Announces Dismantling Schedule for Barnaul's Snow Towns

City officials have provided a detailed schedule for the removal of the festive snow structures in Barnaul.
Residents of Barnaul can visit the New Year«s snow towns on Malo-Tobolskaya Street and Freedom Square until the end of this week. Next week, authorities will begin dismantling the holiday locations, the city administration warned.
The city hall clarified that on January 26, a contracting organization will start work on Freedom Square. The slide will be removed from the square, and the square itself will be cleared of snow and ice. All festive elements will be sent for storage until the next winter season. The work is planned to be completed by January 31.
After that, vehicle traffic will be opened on Socialist Avenue from Pushkin Street to Polzunov Street. In total, during the holidays, the New Year«s town on Freedom Square was visited by about 36,000 people.
On the pedestrian street Malo-Tobolskaya, the dismantling of the New Year«s town will begin on January 27. It is planned that all work will be completed by February 5.
