The prolonged wait for trolleybuses on the morning of January 27 angered residents of Chita. The trolleybus depot «Chita.Ru» explained that transport is operating in the usual mode.
«The trolleybuses are working horribly. In such frosts, people, children going to school, stand for half an hour or even longer at stops waiting for the «number one». Today we stood with the children at the «Krasnoarmeyskaya» stop from 07:05 to 07:25, not a single trolleybus in either direction,» wrote one of the readers in the comments of the Telegram channel «Chita.Ru».

Chita was named among the top 10 cities with the poorest public transport quality. The ranking was published on January 26 by Russian civic activist Ilya Zotov.
