Chibis and Gloraks Discuss Kola Residential Complex

Governor Andrey Chibis and representatives of the company Gloraks discussed the housing project «Kola» and the improvement of the adjacent park area.

«We expect that the project will be implemented in Murmansk with proper quality and within certain deadlines. We see growing demand for family housing. Murmansk Oblast has approved an application for treasury infrastructure loans for important projects. Among them is the connection to power supply networks for the »Gloraks Kola« residential complex. The project will be fully provided with engineering infrastructure, which will also allow for the renewal of city networks,» said Chibis.

On the site, preparatory work has been completed, construction of foundations and installation of tower cranes are underway. The developer is negotiating with contractors, attracting local companies. Special attention is given to creating a comfortable environment with an emphasis on natural elements and historical context.

Completion of the main monolithic works is planned for the third quarter of this year.
