Cherepovets Announces 16 Agricultural Fairs for 2026

Cherepovets will host 16 agricultural fairs in 2026, starting on 7 February at Khimikov Square. The first fair will feature 20 producers from Vologda Oblast.

The Cherepovets authorities have scheduled 16 agricultural fairs for the current year. The season will open on Saturday, 7 February, at Khimikov Square, with trading from 10:00 to 15:00. The fair will feature 20 producers from Vologda Oblast, offering a wide range of goods, including:

handmade items and toys;

products from paper vine;

various types of honey;

artisan cheese, sausages and smoked meats;

fish;

Vologda sweets: marshmallows, fruit pastilles and candies.

«Participation in the fair is free for producers,» the Department of Economic Policy of the Cherepovets City Administration stressed. Regional entrepreneurs are invited to join subsequent fairs, which will be held on 21 February, 7 and 19 March. The series of fairs is held as part of Governor Georgy Filimonov«s project »Winter of the Russian North«, aimed at supporting local producers.
