'Caused a Scene': Yekaterinburg Mall Visitors Fume Over Wet-Swimwear Guests

Visitors of the Komsomoll shopping mall were outraged by the behavior of guests from Badenland. The new thermal complex in the mall building opened four days ago. And today, January 27, customers at a grocery store observed a group of guys in wet swimwear in the queue.

«Badenland in Komsomoll opened, and some kind of mess began. Wet and drunk visitors are walking around the shops, buying alcohol and cigarettes. There is a cinema and a children»s center in the mall, why should everyone see them like this? People, disrespecting everyone, walk around in strange attire, not embarrassed. And they smoke at the entrance to the shopping center. They made some kind of brothel!« — one of the witnesses of the situation was outraged.

The thermal complex explained to E1.RU that clients enter the resort area with bracelets and can only exit once — after the session ends. However, today a group of vacationers caused a ruckus in Badenland.

«Approximately in the middle of their bathing, the visitors made a scandal with the administrators: they had an acute desire to smoke. In response, the guests were explained that there is no smoking area in the thermal complex. Then they started to behave aggressively, demanded to be let out, and then crawled under the turnstile. This is an isolated case and an act of aggression towards our own employees. After that, we conducted a briefing with the resort administrators. It was decided to strengthen security. We hope that this will not happen again,» representatives of the thermal complex reported.

On January 24, the first phase of the thermal resort was launched in Komsomoll with a huge pool of 1200 square meters and several saunas. In two months, an outdoor pool will be opened here.

In the next year and a half, by July 2027, they plan to complete the second and third phases here. The already finished part will be separated from where construction work will be carried out. The external appearance of the building will also change. Badenland will have a glass facade.
