Car Returned to Legal Heir in Tatyshlinsky District

In the Tatyshlinsky district of Bashkortostan, bailiffs forcibly enforced a court order to transfer the car to the deceased owner«s sister. The woman received the vehicle through inheritance after a dispute arose with the deceased»s civil wife.

According to case materials, the former cohabitant of the car owner refused to voluntarily hand over the car. The writ of execution was received by the Tatyshlinsky district bailiff department, after which enforcement proceedings were initiated.

The debtor concealed the real location of the LADA Granta, claiming the car was in a neighboring region. The bailiff sent inquiries to the State Traffic Inspectorate. It turned out that traffic cameras regularly recorded the car in neighboring towns, not in another region as the woman claimed. During the investigation, it was established that the car was actually being used by the debtor«s son-in-law, meaning she knew where the vehicle was. The woman planned to sell her house and move, but the bailiff imposed a ban on registration actions with the property. This became the decisive factor. Realizing the inevitability of the court»s execution, the civil wife personally appeared at the office and handed over the car to the claimant. The enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution — the LADA Granta was handed over to the legal heir. The press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Bashkortostan noted that thanks to coercive measures, the dispute was resolved in favor of the relative of the deceased owner.
