Martin Gorton, a British native who moved to Russia in 2022, received his passport in Orenburg. He was handed the document by officials from the regional migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Martin was born in Great Britain. He graduated from the University of the West of England with a degree in computer technology. In his homeland, he worked for large companies. In 2013, in Bristol, he met his future wife, Yulia Vorontsova, a native of Orenburg who worked as a translator. The young couple got married and then began to travel.

In October 2022, the family came to Russia for a vacation. Martin liked his wife«s ancestral homeland, and they decided to stay: first for the winter, and then permanently.
