One of the main subjects of debate among Kemerovo residents is which district of the city is best for living? Some residents value proximity to the center and developed infrastructure, while others value the atmosphere of residential areas and relative quiet. The editorial board of NGS42.RU on Tuesday, July 21, decided to find out what our readers think about different parts of the regional capital and which districts attract you according to certain criteria.
Besides the amounts that have to be spent on living in any of the districts, there are also problems in the area of social infrastructure, such as the availability of kindergartens, hospitals, or schools in the districts, as well as their condition. We would also include the quality of roads and sidewalks.
Safety is also an important point for a city resident. For a while, Kirovsky district was supposedly considered the most criminal, and to this day it has a not-so-good reputation, but for several years in a row it has confirmed its title, surprisingly, as one of the safest corners of the city.
