Beeline boosts 4G in over 50 Samara Oblast villages

Beeline has improved the quality of mobile internet and voice calls in more than 50 small settlements in Samara Oblast. As a result of telecom infrastructure modernization and the launch of new base stations, users now have access to enhanced 4G* in rural areas and on the M-5 Ural federal highway.
In particular, Beeline increased network capacity at the ski resort near the village of Krasnaya Glinka. With a strong signal, winter sports enthusiasts can now more quickly share photos of their snowy exploits and views of the Zhiguli mountain range, or record short video circles for loved ones on social media.
Beeline’s reliable mobile internet also accompanies residents along the M-5 highway. Online service quality has improved near the village of Solnechnaya Polyana near Zhigulyovsk, and on a section of the highway near Stary Ermakovo (Kamyshlinsky District). This allows drivers to navigate using online maps, while passengers can load heavy media in messengers and quickly reply to messages while traveling.
Additional opportunities for online education and communication have opened for residents of a number of small settlements:
Borsky district — Alekseyevka, Usmanka;
Volzhsky district — Prosvet, Roshchinsky;
Kinelsky district — Alakayevka, Komsomolsky;
Kinel-Cherkassky district — Sadgorod;
Krasnoarmeysky district — Krasnoarmeyskoye;
Krasnoyarsky district — Vodino, Gorodtsovka, Zharyony Bugor, Krasny Yar, Novosemeykino, Novy Buyan, Staraya Binaradka, cottage settlement Eco Park;
Neftegorsky district — Utyovka;
Stavropolsky district — Vyselki, Yermakovo, SHT Zelyonaya Dal (garden community), Lbishche, Khryashchevka, Yagodnoye;
Shigonsky district — Beregovoy.
— Beeline expanded 4G coverage for thousands of villagers in Samara Oblast. At the same time, I note that another 20 villages and settlements gained access to modern technologies thanks to the digital inequality elimination program implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Mintsifry). We understand how important it is for our rural customers to be part of the global world. Therefore, our team is developing the fourth-generation network so that with mobile internet, users can study on remote platforms, have online consultations with doctors, and communicate with loved ones at a distance, — said Dmitry Fomin, Director of the Samara branch of Beeline.
*4G is the fourth generation of mobile communication.
