The Oktyabrsky District Bailiffs« Department of Tambov initiated consolidated enforcement proceedings against a male resident born in 1983. The total debt on loan payments reached 500,000 rubles (approximately $5,300 at current exchange rates).
The man was aware of the debt but took no action to voluntarily repay it. During an inspection, department officials discovered that the debtor owned a Hyundai Elantra.
During an enforcement operation, the vehicle was seized. If the debtor does not fully repay the obligation, the car will be appraised and then forcibly sold to cover the debt.
