In Ulyanovsk, with the assistance of bailiffs, the director of a local organization who was previously illegally dismissed has been reinstated. To protect her labor rights, the city resident went to court, which ruled in her favor and ordered the employer to reinstate her. Based on the court decision, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia for the Ulyanovsk Region received an enforcement document subject to immediate execution and initiated enforcement proceedings.
The organization«s management, having received from the bailiff a decision with a warning about possible coercive measures, fully complied with all instructions. As a result, the employee returned to her former duties.
