The heat supplier in Ryazan, Municipal Unitary Enterprise RMPTS (RMPTS), claims that after a major accident on the main pipeline near house No. 7 on Chernovitskaya Street, heating is being supplied normally.
Residents of Ostrovsky Street are complaining about cold radiators, stating that despite the heat network repair being completed a day ago, there is still no heat in their apartments.
«No heating at Ostrovsky, house 33, still. Just public excuses that everything is fixed,» reports Ryazan resident Kristina Fedorova.
«With the heating, it»s a complete mess, they turn it on, then off. On top of that, we haven«t had hot water for the second week. Question. When will this outrage end? At this rate, they»ll be repairing pipes until summer, and then there«s the scheduled hot water shutdown. Lovely,» fumes Svetlana Deikina from Chernovitskaya Street.
«Heating is being supplied in normal mode. If the radiators remain insufficiently warm, it is necessary to contact the management company. There may be air pockets in the system,» write representatives of the municipal enterprise to residents.
If you don«t have heating, write your address in the comments.
