According to media reports, hundreds of documents have been unsealed in the proceedings, including excerpts of what are claimed to be private messages between Lively and Swift.

In one exchange dated December 2024, Swift sent Lively a screenshot of an article in which Baldoni spoke about trauma from past relationships. «I think this guy sensed something because he got his little violin out,» the singer allegedly wrote.
