Cheese can be checked with boiling water
For the experiment, the blogger took popular brands from different price categories. By appearance, they all look the same. Therefore, it«s impossible to guess which product is quality and which is not.

The first and simplest way to expose sausage is with iodine.

«Drop just a small drop. If it darkens — that»s a bad sign. It means there«s a lot of starch here,» explained Nikita Kravchenko.
The same method can be used to check cheese. But to be sure of its quality, you can use boiling water: if a piece doesn«t melt, then you shouldn»t buy such a product.
For dry-cured sausage, any 40-degree alcohol will do. If the color of the vodka doesn«t change, then the product can be safely eaten.
