Tyumen Restaurants Named Finalists for Russian Hospitality Awards
Several Tyumen establishments have reached the finals of the prestigious Russian Hospitality Awards. This is a nationwide annual competition in the hospitality industry that covers not only restaurants but also hotels.
According to the award«s terms, establishments apply for the competition themselves. But then experts evaluate them on various levels—from concept and menu uniqueness to service for mystery guests.
Who will become the best will only be known in March. But for now, out of the entire huge list of participants, four Tyumen restaurants have immediately advanced to the finals.
The restaurant «Dacha» has been nominated in the «Best Country Restaurant» category.

The restaurant «Chum» has been noted in several categories at once: «Best Chef» and «Best Legendary Project.»
And the Tyumen restaurant «Poseidon» is competing for the title of «Best Fish Restaurant.»
