Tyumen Restaurants Advance to National Hospitality Award Finals

Several restaurants from Tyumen have become finalists in the nationwide Russian Hospitality Awards, which annually evaluates achievements in the hospitality field, including restaurants and hotels.

Participation in the competition begins with applications from the establishments themselves. Then, experts conduct evaluations based on numerous parameters: from the originality of the concept and menu to the quality of service, including through visits by «mystery guests».

The winners will be announced in March. Four establishments from Tyumen have made it to the final stage:

• Restaurant «Dacha» is nominated as «Best Countryside Restaurant».
• Bar «D. Ivanovich» is vying for the title of «Best Cocktail Bar».
• Restaurant «Chum» is represented in two categories: «Best Chef» and «Best Legendary Project».
• Restaurant «Poseidon» is competing for the title of «Best Fish Restaurant».

Last year, some of these places were visited by a famous restaurant critic from St. Petersburg.

Previously, six establishments from the Tyumen region have already contended for victory in another prestigious award.
