«Six liters of the drink have been withdrawn from circulation,» reported the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

Currently, the Directorate continues to search for stores that are selling the dangerous Aloe Vera.

Telegram channel 112 reported about the discovery of a batch of the drink with acetone in Moscow and St. Petersburg as early as December 26, 2025.

«A child nearly poisoned himself with acetone after taking a sip of Aloe Vera lemonade. The father of the affected boy reported the incident at one of the chain stores in Moscow. The drink caused severe burning in the child«s mouth immediately after consumption. According to him, the contents had an unpleasant chemical smell similar to acetone. The store reacted quickly, checked products from the same batch and found signs of spoilage in other bottles released on August 11,» wrote 112.
