Restaurants from Krasnodar reach finals of prestigious award

Several Krasnodar restaurants have become finalists for the Russian Hospitality Awards, alongside establishments from Sochi and Gelendzhik.

Several restaurants in Krasnodar have reached the finals of the Russian Hospitality Awards. This is an annual award ceremony for the best hotels and restaurants in Russia. This year, 518 establishments from 56 Russian cities are participating.

This year, the Ryotei restaurant, located in the Japanese Garden, has been nominated in the «Best Fine Dining Restaurant» category. Among the finalists in this category are the capital«s SAVVA and »Beluga«, Yale from Nizhny Novgorod, and Chateau de Talu (Gelendzhik).

In the «Best Wine Program in a Restaurant» nomination, the finalists are Cafe Krasnodar and «Baran-Rapan» (Sochi). Also competing for the win are «Millionka» (Vladivostok), Wine Kitchen (Yalta), and Riesling Boyz (Moscow).

Among the best coffee shops, the finalists are Krasnodar«s Yiayia and Kissaten. Also in this nomination are Natura (Moscow), Sample Coffee (Rostov-on-Don), and »Hot Greetings« (Magnitogorsk).

The nomination for «Best Interior» includes the establishment LINO Italiano Bistro in Sochi. Among the finalists for «Best Legendary Project» is the museum-restaurant «Stan» (Krasnodar). The best European cuisine restaurant may be recognized as «More» (Sochi), and the best fish restaurant as Fishka (Krasnodar).

Trattoria Fettuccine (Sochi) has reached the finals for «Best Family Restaurant». For the best service, Brunello (Sochi) made the list.

In the first stage of the award, 20% of restaurants were eliminated by rating. Then another 40% did not advance further based on the jury«s evaluation of presentations and checks by »secret guests«. The award ceremony will take place on March 16, when the winners will be announced.
