Preparation:
Cut the onion into thin half-rings, fry in vegetable oil in a large pan. Then add shredded cabbage to the same pan. Salt and pepper, simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Grease a round baking dish with vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper. Distribute half of the dough, including along the sides.
Spread the cabbage filling on top. Roll out the remaining dough into a flatbread, cover the pie, and pinch the edges.
