In Omsk this week, the «polytechnic» belyashi have become more expensive. Now, one piece can be purchased for 55 rubles (approximately 1 USD at current rates). NGS55.RU was told this by the owner of the belyashi chain, Viktor Zyatikov. The entrepreneur admitted that until the last moment, he did not want to raise prices, but in the end, he was forced to take such an unpleasant step. There are several reasons for this.

‘All these changes, including tax ones, are being felt. We have already, from this week, raised the cost of products, including belyashi. We didn«t want to ourselves, but that»s how it turned out. Everything has become more expensive — fuel, rent, raw materials. We simply have no way out,’ said Zyatikov.

The entrepreneur added that his chain will hold on until the end to survive in the most difficult economic conditions.

Previously, the «polytechnic» belyashi became more expensive in the summer of last year for the same reasons due to the increase in the cost of ingredients. Moreover, in the fall of 2025, the «polytechnic» belyashi in Omsk were eaten by TV presenter Yana Churikova.
