Condensed Milk Prices Fluctuate Over 2025 in Novosibirsk

Condensed milk became four rubles (less than $1 at current rates) cheaper per kilogram during 2025 in Novosibirsk. This is reported in a Rosstat report that NGS studied.

According to the department«s data, in January condensed milk cost 389 rubles (about $4 at current rates) per kilogram. Then there was a sharp jump — in February the product became more expensive, reaching 415 rubles (about $5), and by May the price settled at 401 rubles (about $4).
The infographic reflects the prices of condensed milk converted to the usual format — in a 400-gram can.
By October, the price approached the beginning-of-year indicators, then condensed milk began to cost 400 rubles (about $4) per kilogram. In November and December, the cost decreased again — at the end of the year, Rosstat recorded it at 385 rubles (about $4) per kilogram.
Condensed milk in Novosibirsk costs less than in the country as a whole. According to the department, the average price of the product in Russia in 2025 was 414 rubles (about $5).
