Winter fishing in Altai Krai is a real adventure, full of surprises. The region is rich in water bodies, but finding a suitable spot for beginners, especially in winter, can be difficult. Local anglers regularly share their successes in the «Altai Fishing Community».

According to reviews, getting to some water bodies can be difficult. Among the popular spots for winter fishing are the surroundings of Kiprino, Zalesovsky District, Pravdinskoye Reservoir, as well as the areas near the villages of Povalikha and Shelabolikha.

At Mostovoye Lake in Zavyalovsky District, one angler decided to try his luck closer to the springs. Despite the abundance of grass on the bottom, he managed to catch about thirty edible fish. In Bobrovka, on the Nevestenskaya channel, luck favored perch enthusiasts.

At the «Aqua World» beach, fishermen successfully caught bream, roach, pike, and chebak (a local fish). Another angler shared his impressions of Lugovoye Lake, where he managed to catch carp and perch. The water body was crowded.

At Rybalnoye Lake, located behind the village of Kislukha in Povalikha, anglers caught perch, large roach, various chebak, and some crucian carp. The catch ranged from 5 to 7 kilograms (11 to 15 lbs).
