Magnitogorsk confectioner bakes 14kg cake for TV star

Magnitogorsk confectioner Yevgenia Voloshina has prepared a 14-kilogram (31 lb) cake for Nika Zdorik, star of the series «Lily of the Valley. Such Tender Love» (18+). She told our colleagues at MGORSK.RU how many days it took to create the dessert and what it tastes like.

The cake, shaped like the series« cartoon heroine, impresses with an abundance of intricate details: a pink coat, tiny boots on the girl, and a bouquet of lilies of the valley in her hands. It took the confectioner several days to create.

«About a week. First, the structure and non-perishable details were created. Inside, the filling was chocolate ice cream, chocolate biscuit, and chocolate cream,» Yevgenia said.

The gift delighted Nika Zdorik.

«It was a complete surprise. She didn«t even know what it would look like outside and inside. Nika literally bit the cake on the chin and said, »I have a sweet tooth, I love everything,«» the confectioner added.
