Klavia Koka Reveals Sex-for-Fame Offers at Age 14

Klavia Koka was the guest on Ksenia Sobchak«s new show »What Do They Think of You?«, where she discussed the start of her career.

On the show, participants answer questions, trying to guess which option the majority of viewers will choose, with the audience consisting of both fans and detractors.

One of the tasks involved a question about willingness to do anything for popularity. The artist admitted that she was repeatedly offered success through intimate relationships, but she always refused.
«I had opportunities to sleep with a famous person and become popular. This was long before I joined any labels. When I was just starting out, I was alone. I wrote songs myself, looked for ways to break through, attended all the crowd scenes for TV shows, castings, and competitions,» said Klavia Koka.
The singer added that at the beginning of her career, she actively sought opportunities on social media and worked part-time at karaoke, where she also faced inappropriate advances.
«I even once went to some man»s house when I was about 14. There were ambiguous questions, he didn«t openly harass me, but it was all very strange. I was young and didn»t fully understand what was happening. If I had behaved slightly differently, something might have happened to me. I believed that you could become popular without having to sleep with someone, smear others, sing what you don«t like, or constantly step on people»s heads,« she added.
At the end of 2025, Klavia Koka left the Black Star label, and earlier she won the Golden Gramophone award for the song «Still in Love».
