Alina Shpak holds training and birthday party at Tractor

Breathing coach and blogger Alina Shpak, who has 1.5 million subscribers on a banned social network, organized a workout at the Tractor ice arena in Chelyabinsk and celebrated her birthday there as well.

Shpak announced her visit to Chelyabinsk on January 8, but the details were likely discussed in private messages. In public, she limited herself to the phrase: «Let»s meet at the workout in Chelyabinsk« and asked for advice on interesting places in the city.

The 36-year-old blogger from Samara helps her followers lose weight using breathing techniques. She is the author of a patented method, «which changes the body in eight minutes a day,» and the book Eat, Drink, Breathe, Lose Weight.

Judging by social media activity, fans from various regions of Russia came to the event at Tractor. The cost of participation in the workout is not disclosed.

At the ice palace, Alina Shpak was congratulated on her upcoming birthday, which she will celebrate on February 3. Then all present in unison wished victory to the hockey team Tractor.

Participants are sharing online photos and videos taken at the Historical Museum of the Southern Urals, the Cathedral, as well as at the venue where the evening celebration program took place.
