1.5M-subscriber blogger holds Traktor training, celebrates birthday

Blogger with 1.5 million subscribers on a banned social network and breathing coach Alina Shpak held a training session at the Traktor ice arena and celebrated her birthday in Chelyabinsk. She and her subscribers shared videos from the event.
Alina Shpak announced her visit on January 8, but all the specifics were likely in private correspondence. She only stated: «We»ll meet at the training in Chelyabinsk« and asked where to go in the city.
Alina Shpak is 36 years old and from Samara. The blogger helps her subscribers lose weight with breathing techniques and patented a method «that changes the body in eight minutes a day,» and is the author of the book «Eat, Drink, Breathe, Lose Weight.»
According to social networks, in the last couple of days, the blogger«s subscribers have gathered in Chelyabinsk from all over the country, and the training took place at the Traktor ice arena. How much it cost is also not stated.
In the arena, the coach was congratulated on her upcoming birthday, which is on February 3, and then all participants of the event chorused wishes for victory to the Traktor team.
