Tyumen authorities have canceled in-person classes for the first shift. However, not for all students. They published the information on the official website of the city administration.
«Attention parents and students of general education institutions! Today, due to low outdoor air temperature, in-person classes for the first shift in Tyumen schools for students in grades 1–9 are canceled,» the authorities stated.
