Parents of students at Chuchkovskaya Secondary School have raised the alarm over the Telegram channel «Entities of Chuchkov». According to them, offensive posts about teenagers and gossip were published there, and the administrator demanded money for removal. YA62.RU learned this from the press service of the Ryazan Region Prosecutor«s Office.

Teenagers are sent a link to subscribe to the channel, and then a photo of the child with offensive captions is published there, parents say. Concerned Ryazan residents reached out to the deputy prosecutor of the region, Alexander Kachurenko.

«They [the parents] explained that they had contacted the police about this fact, but appropriate measures had not been taken. During a personal reception, they asked to assess the actions of law enforcement officers and take measures to protect children»s rights,« the press service of the Ryazan Region Prosecutor»s Office told us.

Now law enforcement is finding out who owns the Telegram channel. The administrator has been promised to be held accountable if evidence is available.

Since February 2025, parents from various parts of Russia have been appealing to the head of the Safe Internet League, Yekaterina Mizulina, with complaints about Telegram channels «Entities [name of locality]». All groups operate according to the same scheme, and here is how it looks:

  1. Teenagers receive a link to join a new channel;

  2. After subscribing, administrators take a photo from the avatar, caption it offensively, and publish it;

  3. Sometimes it is accompanied by calls for violent actions.

The last time Yekaterina Mizulina spoke about these channels was in mid-December 2025.

«This is indeed a big problem. Letters arrive every day. More and more often — collective ones from parents of schoolchildren. Such channels (»Entity..«, »Shame..«, »Disgrace..« and so on) exist in almost every city, and many have already suffered. At the same time, so far it has only been possible to achieve the blocking of such resources (after our appeals, over two years, 2411 similar public pages with bullying have been closed), but there is particularly no adequate response from law enforcement agencies,» Mizulina wrote in her channel.

The head of the Safe Internet League added that daily she receives at least ten links to public pages where bullying and extortion take place.
