Stepfather Gets 10 Years for Sexually Abusing Stepson

A Ural resident, a participant in the special military operation, who raped his stepson and bit him on the buttocks, has been sentenced. As reported by E1.RU, the Sysertsky District Court sentenced the man to 10 years in a strict regime colony.

It became known in December 2024 that a mother of three from Yekaterinburg accused her ex-husband of sexually harassing her son. At that time, we detailed this story.

The woman learned about the horrific things happening in her family after her son visited a psychologist. A coach recommended he see a specialist after noticing the teenager had become withdrawn and lost motivation.

After several sessions, the 12-year-old boy confessed to the psychologist about terrible things: that he had been sexually abused by his stepfather, who also forced him and his sister to watch pornographic films.

During a search, among a huge number of sex toys, various women«s wigs, skirts, tops, tights, and prosthetic breasts were found at the man»s home. A criminal case was initiated under Article 132, Part 4 (violent sexual acts against a minor). The investigation established at least four criminal episodes. Initially, the prosecutor requested 18 years of imprisonment for the accused.

Lawyer Sergey Teterin, who represented the interests of the victimized child, previously told E1.RU that the defendant denied guilt, admitting only that he showed pornography for educational and upbringing purposes.

«What surprised me, even shocked me, in this trial was the defendant»s statement. He denied the episodes [of sexual abuse, specific actions], except for showing pornography for upbringing purposes. And then suddenly he declared: «I treated the boy as my own son. When I played with him, sometimes I bit him during the game on the a…» — that«s a verbatim quote. The boy at that time was not a nursing infant; he was ten years old! It»s quite possible that the child didn«t even tell us everything,» said Sergey Teterin.

Previously, we wrote that in Yekaterinburg, a sentence was handed down to the former director of special school No. 124, where teenagers suffered from sexual abuse. For several years, older students bullied and raped younger ones.
