Stepfather gets 10 years for biting stepson and showing porn

The Sysertsky District Court sentenced a resident of the Urals to 10 years in a strict regime colony for sexual abuse of his stepson. The man, who participated in the special military operation, was accused of multiple acts, including biting the buttocks and forcing the viewing of pornography.

In December 2024, a mother of three from Yekaterinburg filed a report about harassment by her former husband towards her son. The woman found out what happened after the teenager«s visits to a psychologist, who was recommended by a coach who noticed the child»s withdrawal and loss of motivation.

During psychological sessions, the 12-year-old boy admitted that he was subjected to sexual acts by his stepfather. The stepfather also forced him and his sister to watch pornographic films. During a search, a large number of sex toys, women«s clothing, and accessories were seized from the accused, including wigs, skirts, and prosthetic breasts.

The criminal case was initiated under Article 132, Part 4 of the Russian Criminal Code (violent acts of a sexual nature against a minor). The investigation revealed at least four criminal episodes. The prosecutor initially demanded 18 years of imprisonment for the defendant.

The victim«s lawyer, Sergey Teterin, stated that the accused denied guilt in the violence, admitting only to showing pornography, which he called an educational measure. The lawyer quoted the defendant: »I treated the boy as my own son. When playing with him, sometimes I bit him during the game on the butt...« Teterin added: »The boy was not a breastfed infant at that time, he was ten years old! It is quite possible that the child did not even tell us everything.«

Earlier in Yekaterinburg, a former director of Special School No. 124 was convicted. In this institution, for several years, older students bullied younger ones, committing acts of sexual violence.
